EXERCISE 1 ON PASSIVE VOICE – SIMPLE PRESENT

1. We (greet) were greeted by the hosts.

2. Houses (built) were built in Novogireevo.

3. The workers (not pay) weren't payed well.

4. I (go) was gone  before anyone notices.

5. Books (write) were written by writers.

6. Books (read) were read by readers.

7. Gifts (give) were given on special occasions.

8. My boots (not make) weren't made of leather.

9. Most products that we buy (make) were made in China.

10. Marijuana (not sell) weren’t sold legally.
